Sleep, water, and a long walk.

While listening to an old man called Dick Gregory, he explained how sleep deprivation is an underrated cause of many health problems in the U.S.

But that’s not what caught my attention.

When he said,

“Show me someone who works two jobs, and I will show you someone who is broke.”

That caught my attention.

Dick Gregory specified that to recharge the brain; one should sleep 90 minutes after sunset for 9 hours.
