Hend looked down at her mother, Afaf.
She lay down on the ground bleeding profusely from her head. Afaf’s neck had been cut off.
And there was shattered glass everywhere.
Hend called 911.
Dispatcher: 911. Do you need police, fire, or medical?
Hend: I think I killed my mommy.
Dispatcher: Why do you think you killed your mom?
Hend: Because I did. I murdered her.
Dispatcher: What did you do to her?
Hend: I killed her… I broke a table on her head and I cut her neck off.
