Krista saw Jeffrey bleeding profusely. And he was unresponsive.

Jeffrey’s ten-year-old son had a revolver in his hand.

“I shot Dad.” He said.

Krista called 911.

Krista: My son shot my husband. I need an ambulance. He’s bleeding!…

Operator: How old is your son?

Krista: Ten! Oh, God!

Jeffrey Was Thirty-Two

Jeffrey Russell “Jeff” Hall was a thirty-two-year-old from Riverside, California.

He was a plumber in the area.

Jeffrey was married to Leticia Neal before they divorced. They had two children together, Joseph and Shirley Hall. And Leticia was granted custody of the two.

Leticia soon moved on with another man. She had twins with the man. However, the twins weren’t growing at the rate they were supposed to.

So they were soon hospitalized.

Child Protective Services intervened. It was discovered that Leticia raised the children in a house without heat and gas.
