The Newly Wedded Police Officer Responded to a Masked Men Emergency Then He Left Blood Splatters on the Sides of the Road
The tragic case of Andrew Harper
It was late at night.
Two police officers drove in an unmarked police car along a narrow winding road responding to an emergency.
A man had called earlier, informing the police that there were masked men in his compound.
Caller: I’ve got four masked men outside my house and they’ve got weapons. They’re stealing my quad bike. I’m going out there now.
Dispatcher: No no don’t go out there.
Caller: I’m going out there.
Dispatcher: No, because they’ve got weapons.
Caller: Have you sent someone or not?
Dispatcher: Officers are on their way.
Andrew Was Twenty-Eight
Andrew James Harper was a twenty-eight-year-old man from the U.K.
On July 18th, 2019, Andrew wrote a little note inside a card. He then folded the card and slipped it into an envelope.
Then he handed that envelope to his friend.
