WWhile history has proved the phenomenal existence of people with many extraordinary features, there are some cases that are too weird to be true. In some cases, some of these features would be deemed impossible by anyone’s common sense had they not been recorded. Yet, a deep dive in some stories reveals jaw-dropping truths about these legends of mysterious people. The inability for a human to possess two heads was nullified by the existence of Pasqual Pinon just until the truth about his condition came to light.

In 1889, Pinon was born with a very rare tumor on the upper part of his head. He was well known as the “Two-Headed Mexican,” and he performed in the Sells-Floto Circus freak show.

From a quick glimpse at Pinon, he had two heads with the upper one aligned just like the lower head. In most cases, people born with this form of conjoined twins (known as craniopagus parasiticus) have an upside-down upper head. Therefore, Pinon’s case was an exceptional one.
